Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m on a mission to make my last semester of college my healthiest and happiest one yet. I have lost 25 pounds this past year and am determined to lose another 15 by graduation through a combination of (mostly) healthy eating, a fun and engaging exercise plan, and a positive attitude. Cooking has become a fun hobby for me, and I love trying out new recipes I find online… or creating my own.
